Terms and Conditions

You can enter one product into three different categories if you wish, but for entry into a ‘Special Award’ or ‘Best Buy’ it will need to be on a separate form and incurs a separate entry fee. If you need any guidance or advice, please do not hesitate to contact us at awards@lovedbyparents.com

There is no limit to the amount of entries you can submit but each must have it’s own application form.

Products do not have to be currently available on the market but you must be able to submit a sample for testing.

LBC reserve the right to move entries into different categories if they feel they would be better suited.

LBC reserve the right to cancel or merge categories if there are insufficient entries into various categories.

Entrants are required to answer all questions on the entry form and provide a JPEG as requested.

Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.

All samples must reach us by the 22nd November 2024. Any samples received after this date will be disqualified. It is up to you to ensure that your samples are sent and have arrived. 

Every entry requires a £275 entry fee with no VAT payable and a further licensing fee of £350 which provides the entrant with official artwork and unlimited usage across all mediums forever. No substitute artwork may be used. . Logos must not be amended, distorted or changed in anyway.

All unpaid entries will be disqualified.

All products entered will be tested by a panel of children, selected by Lovedbychildren.com. Each product will be marked against a set criteria; including, durability, quality, functionality and style during the Lovedbychildren awards testing day at LBP HQ.

Each company will be required to provide 1-2 samples of each product. Please contact us for advice if you are unsure. It is your responsibility to check and ensure your samples arrive within good time.

Due to the number of entries, no feedback will be available.

Lovedbychildren reserve the right to withdraw the use of a logo at one time for any reason as we deem necessary, including (but not limited to): inappropriate display of logo, defacing of logo (including adding words, icons and other graphics to the award logo) and non-payment of submission fee. 

Lovedbychildren’s decision is final.
